Yes, BVDU (Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University) offers a BTech lateral entry programme. Candidates have the opportunity to directly enter the second year of the BTech programme. To be eligible, interested candidates must successfully clear the ET-DIP (Entrance Test for Diploma Holders) examination conducted by the institute and also make sure they have a minimum of 45% in their class 12. Upon shortlisting, the candidates are required to participate in the counseling process for seat allotment.

Yes, B.Techin Marine engineering (Lateral Entry) is offered by IMU - IMU Kolkata Indian Maritime University. Seperate exam for Lareral Entry is conducted in IMUCET every year and one need to haveDiplomain mechanical engineering to get admission as Lateral Entry inB.TechMarine Engineering.

The fees forB.Techin Marine engineering (Lateral Entry) at IMU-IMU Kolkata Indian Maritime University remains the same as regular course i.e. Rs.1,25,000 for semester 3, 5, 7 and Rs 1,00,000 for semester 4,6,8. The lateral entry cadets directly enters in semester 3 on admission so they are exempted from 1st year and it's fees.

Yes, the University of Lucknow offers lateral entry to the BTech course. Lateral entry admission to this course is based on the merit of the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). Apart from the later entry admission, Lucknow University's regular BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) entrance test.

The BTech Lateral Entry (LE) scheme is one of the lateral pathways that the Institute offers to its meritorious students of various Diploma levels and prescribed BVoc programmes. Candidates should fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to get admission to the BTech Lateral Entry programme. The criteria is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 with 50% aggregate in PCM from a recognised board along with scoring good marks in JEE Main.
