Lateral entry means the admission will be directly in the 2 years of the course programme you have chosen. You do not have to take admission in 1 year you will be directed to 2 year of any undergraduate programme. Basically for admission in lateral entry some criteria must be fulfilled by the candidate.

For entering as a second-year admission in any stream for e.g. : mechanical engineering
You must have completed Diploma (which you have)
And you must attend an exam similar to KEAM entrance examination which have studied topics based on the mathematics, English and basics of every stream (I. e. civil, computer, mechanical, EEE, etc.)
You must at least score pass for entering public or private school
Achieving rank in this exam increases possibility to receive seats in government or government aided colleges.

The Karnataka DCET examination is conducted for admission to 2nd or 3rd-semester engineering under lateral courses, and its scorecard is valid for only the current year. If you want to be admitted to the same university under the management quota, then there is no need to give the DCET exam again. For more DCET exam details, you may visit the Shiksha DCET exam page. (https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/dcet-exam). I hope this will help you.

Your Question is not very clear. If you are asking how to get admission into IIT (BHU) B Pharma, then there is no such course at IIT (BHU), Although there is B.Tech. in Pharmaceutical Engineering which is offered through JEE Advanced.
