Yes, you can take admission if you have recognised university Certificate and you pass out.
You need to check the eligibility and criteria according to the university's demand after you fulfill all criteria, you will be eligible for admission in university.
Lateral entry means an applicant who has passed an unassembled examination consisting of an appraisal of training, education, experience, work history or any other means for evaluating relative qualifications.

The BMLT Admission Process differs from college to college. Some colleges conduct common entrance tests and some give admission to candidates on a merit basis
Many college offer lateral entry you need to check college offer lateral entry near by your home
And also check eligibility and ceritia of a college after you happy on college and get admission

Lateral Entry is when you have completed a Diploma Course after 10th or 12th and directly get admission in Engineering College during the Second Year of Engineering. Other Regular students join Engineering after completing 12th from first year. But you skip the First Year with a Diploma Course. Full time entry is regular entry MCA course duration now days is 2 years in major university but till some university like Andhra university offer MCA course for 3 year I will suggest you, you have many option in other university and college and save your precious year by enrolling in two-year MCA courses having same value and standard.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes, there are universities that provide lateral admission into Journalism, Media and Communication courses. Since you have mentioned those in Gurgaon, you can have a look at Amity University, IILM University Gurugram for lateral entry into 2nd year B.A. (Hons) Journalism, Media and Communication. No, if you joined the college and complete your semester then you can't change the college and branch but if joined college in the 1 month and you want to change it, you can but transfer is not allowed like need to go admission in new college
And also, you have a chance to change the branch every semester, the college provides to move branch or add new subjects.

The eligibility criteria for applying B.Pharma in Telangana mentions that the person with 3yr Diploma course after 12th are eligible. So you can apply for it.
