To get admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. Generally, inter transfer are possible in the Colleges affiliated with same University. However, you can follow the below procedure for lateral admission:
1. Take permission from the authorities of the university in which you study currently.
2. If they say yes, then take permission from the university in which you intend to join.
3. If they say yes, then you need to take the following documents out from the current college. (a) Your last result (b) Your transfer certificate (c) Your character certificate
Pay the requisites in both the colleges and get the admission.

If you want to go to Australia for your further studies then only 1 year of gap is considered after studies. Suppose you have completed your education be its Higher secondary or Bachelors in 2016 June, then you are eligible to apply till 2017 fall intake (September) afterward your application wont be accepted.
But yes if you have relevant work experience in between with salary proofs then that is not considered as a gap.
So, it is always advised to the students if you are planning for studying in Australia then please start your application time to avoid visa rejections.
