No, there is no entrance test for BA (H) Political Science in DU. Your marks in class 12th best four must match the cutoffs of colleges.

Yes, DU accept improvement Students, but the result must be declared before the admission process. Otherwise you have to wait for one year to get admission in Delhi University.

Yes, you are eligible for the 3 years law degree offered by the Campus Law Center, University of Delhi. All you have to do is to just score above 55% in your graduation (Gen) and clear the entrance examination conducted every year in the month of June. Apply for the entrance examination in the month of May.
