On the contrary, if one wishes to gain deeper insight and knowledge and prepare well for Dissertation, I will advise 2 year LL. M. as there shall be ample time and scope to focus on research and your readings, if you are looking for job prospective or career growth point of view one year LL. M. is advisable.
