The examination will be held at the state level, therefore, the difficulty level of ULET is expected to be betweena moderate to easy. However, for the candidates who are prepared according to the exam pattern and syllabus of ULET, the question paper turns out to be easy. In comparison to Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), ULET is considered to be much easier. The exam is held in pen-paper mode only in Jaipur but at different exam centers. Candidates looking forward to taking admission into Uniraj three-years LLB course must appear for the exam, as without it they won't be considered for enrollment.

CLAT 2025 to be held in regional languages or not had been the topic of discussion for sometime now. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) last year informed the Delhi Higher Court that preparation of CLAT 2024 was at a very advanced stage and any judicial order to introduce the additional language options this year, without discussions, will result in serious administrative and operational concerns. Hence, Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) was conducted in English. CLAT exam 2025 will be held on December 1, 2024.
