The ISAT India scores are scaled based on the difficulty level of the questions, and the percentile rank is calculated based on the performance of all test-takers. The percentile rank represents the percentage of candidates who scored lower than the candidate in the overall test-taking population. For example, if a candidate's percentile rank is 80, it means that he or she scored better than 80 percent of the total test-takers.
