Eligibility to Apply for LAWCET Without Caste CertificateIt is possible to apply for LAWCET without caste certificate, but at first, it is important to understand this effect. If you are from BC-A (Backward Classes A) and do not submit your caste certificate, you will not be potentially fall under reservation benefits against that category. That means you can take the exam, but probably there will be an impact on your admission and seat below, as you would generally fall into the other category instead of BC-A.

One may expect admission to Government Law College, Mumbai, considering a minimum 45% aggregate percentage in 12th Standard (for general categories), while for reserved categories it remains 40%. With an aggregate percentage of 50% in 12th Std with science, you easily fit in that criterion. Since you are taking the MHT CET Law exam, the college accepts scores in MHT CET Law to take admissions to 5-year LLB programmes. You would be eligible and proceed for admission with a good rank if the entrance exam qualifies for the same. For more updates log onto the GLC Mumbai website.

It mainly depends on many key factors of the TS LAWCET allotment list which impacts the admission procedure. Among them, candidate's appeared for the test, appeared candidates who qualify are other factors, and the cutoff of the exam can also affect that. Another important factor is the number of seats available for admission and the preferences indicated by candidates during the counselling process. The allotment list is prepared based on all these variables, which change every year, thereby causing a change in the last cutoff marks required for getting admission to different law colleges in Telangana.

Indeed, the CLAT exam lets you decide your preferred area and college during the admission process. Candidates can select colleges (NLUs and other participating colleges) as per their rank after the results are out through the counseling process. This allows the applicants to get into their preferred institutions and courses just like all aspirants wish for.
