Dear Student, You should probably ask these questions to yourself first :-
A. Why do I want to do LAW? B. Is it really the field that interests me? C. What can be the deriving force that can help me sail through Law Schools 5 year journey? CLAT gives you an opportunity to study the discipline of Law. Law, as a subject, cannot be studied in isolation. It is connected with other disciplines of studies like sociology, psychology, philosophy, etc. It helps you develop a different perspective about things. You probably start questioning your own believes. This doesn't only restrict to your academic sphere. But, it extends to the things you w

Dear Student, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) includes dispute resolution processes and techniques that act as a means for disagreeing parties to come to an agreement as an alternative to court litigation and trial. Common alternatives include mediation, where a mediator helps people come to an agreement, or arbitration, where an arbitrator decides the outcome of the dispute. Many people prefer ADR because it can save people money, time, and aggravation, and can produce better results than trial. For example, as a mediator or arbitrator, I typically help resolve a case in one day, whereas when I was a trial attorney, a typical cas

For legal aptitude you've three things. You're provided with principle/s and then there are facts. Then you've the options from which you need to choose. The first thing to keep in mind is that the principle is the ultimate. Don't ever try to apply the general knowledge you have about the law while solving your questions. If the principle says theft is not an offence then for the 0.30 seconds you take to solve the question you must abide by that. Sometimes you've more than one principles and those times you've to abide by all of them. Now come to the options. Since you already know the answer check out only those answers where you find

You have not write about the course name for which information is required. However CLAT exam is for Integrated LL.B. And PG law courses. The KUK conducts own entrance exams for admission in Integrated LL.B. And LL.B. Courses. Hence there is no need to appear in CLAT for admission in KUK.

Pass / fail concept is not applicable in CLAT because if you do not secure a rank to qualify for the 2600+ seats, you simply do not make it to an NLU. For most students being successful in CLAT means securing a seat in the top five National Law Schools in India, which has a total of less than five hundred seats. When you prepare for CLAT understand why you want to pursue it. Once you are sure of your goal, use all the help you can get (study materials, mocks, books, old question papers) and then put in hard work to get into the top 5 NLUs. Most of the colleges or universities that offer courses in law have their own entrance examinatio
