Minimum 50% aggregate in first five subjects in 12th standard for applying CSAT. Instead thinking of percentage start preparing for entrance there has four sections consists of English /reasoning/ GK current affair /legal aptitude legal reasoning constitutional law other than you can opt for CLAT too if interested syllabus is same except maths section. As far as I know, there is no age limit for LL.B. But you will have to check the eligibility criteria of the college, you want to study in.

NATA is for architecture, while CLAT is for law. Choice is a personal one. Best to take an informed decision. If need be take professional career guidance/counselling.
