Yes, of course, colleges like IIT Kharagpur and Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi provide a 3-year LL.B. course after clearing the ISAT cutoff for those colleges.

I don't know about Delhi, but I have heard that IMS Learning and Career Launcher for Law are the two prominent institutes that provide coaching for Law entrance exams.

Most of the colleges don't look at the ST rank. Since your general rank is very low, it is very hard to get admissions into good private colleges.

Kindly check the website of lower NLUs after 7th July for vacancy seats. Apply for it and if your name appears in the vacancy seats list, do visit that NLU and take admission.
