Are you in the BA LLB course or the LLM course? Because, CLAT is a national Level Examination, so you need to see the cutoff because 40 is a very less score to enter into any NLU. But, nevertheless please check the cut off for OBC category.

Find below the CLAT 2017 cutoff for VIT Law School-
General-127
OBC-111
SC- 78.23
ST- 59.76
PH-53.11
There is no clear CLAT cut off list specifically for VIT Law School.
The cut off score can just be predicted as it varies every year because of certain factors like difficulty level of exam, number of applicants, etc
If you are appearing for any of the National Level Law Entrance Exam like LSAT and CLAT, do your best.

Timings would be mentioned on the admit card for both the exams. If the timing clashes, then it would not be possible for you to appear for both exams, you have to prioritize accordingly. All the best.
