Hello, if you score somewhere between 130 and 140 on 200, you will surely qualify and get admission. However, it depends on the difficulty standard of the paper, for instance, for a very difficult paper, the cut-off for NUJS can fall as well.
But 130/200 will generally be sufficient to get you through NUJS.

Eligibility for CLAT - 45% in 12th; Fee Structure for NLU - 10 Lacs (including hostel). Cutoff will change in every year.

Yes, CLAT is compulsory. Board marks do not count for selection to NLU. Only the eligibility for CLAT is 45% in 12th board.
