The minimum score required is 50 but to get admission in any of the colleges it should be decent enough, somewhere around 80 or above.

Hi!
In CLAT exam, English portion covers 40 marks and 30 is a pretty much good score. All you can do is go through past year CLAT question paper that will give you a better idea how to strategies your planning.

If you're scoring below 100, you can get through the bottom NLUs through vacancy, so be vigilant and keep a regular track of their websites.

Anything above 130 would definitely help and if the paper is really easy, try scoring around 150 and most importantly, avoid negatives.
