Yes, Gitam Vishakhapatnam do return the whole fee after the councelling, if the person who opted not to join in the Gitam.*They just deduct the counselling fee.You can contact the branch and you will have a deadline date where you can return your fees .GITAM University has a transparent fee refund policy for candidates who withdraw from the admission process after counseling.
