Candidates should possess at least 50% marks or equivalent grade [45% for SC/ST Candidates] in their Three or Five Year LL.B. Degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognised by the UGC. Candidates who have appeared for the final year LL.B. examination may also apply.

 At the Symbiosis Law School, a master of law L.L.M. is available for 12 months. There are 1.5 Lacs fees is the overall package. The eligibility for Symbiosis law school LLM is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 from any recognised board with minimum 45% marks.

Cultural events organised by the School of Law at Symbiosis, Hyderabad include inter and intra college cultural events for academic celebrations, culture festivals celebrated on campus following classes. The Cultural Troupe is a student body that works on organizing various events and extra-curricular activities on campus. The Cultural Troupe has been organizing fun filled and culturally enriched events since 2015.

 Along with the mess, the cafeteria of the Symbiosis Law School in Hyderabad is well maintained. The meals served are nutritious and delicious. Either vegetarian or non vegetarian, the quality of the food is good. The fact that they had served four meals a day, which meant students did not have to deal with any difficulty in finding food at and around the cafeteria was also very helpful.

Grade Point Average (GPA): The Grade Point Average for the semester will be calculated by taking the weighted average of the course grade points. Cumulative Grade Point AverageCGPA: For the purpose of determining a cumulative GPA for this course, calculation shall be made based on weighted grade points averages from each semester.

 If you are absent from an Internal Test, there may be no retesting for any reason. There will be no marks given to the student for this test. If there is no real reason, all students are advised to be cautious with regard to the dates and do not miss them.

 There's an alternative called the SLSBacklog Examination if a student fails the internal exam of SLSH. A student who had failed in continuous/ term-end assessment of a course shall appear in subsequent examinations as backlog examination.

 The law school of Symbiosis, Hyderabad has a 1358 overall strength. There is a collective intake of 207 seats for the B.D. program from the Symbiosis Institute of Design,SID. This includes a total of 270 Indian and International students' seats.
