Unless, you are registered as a lawyer with the bar council of the country, you cannot practice law abroad. In Canada, every province would have different norms. In order to practice, you must study in Canada. You can look for LLM courses.

You can either go for computer science engineering or b.sc in same and then specialize yourself in cyber law with a diploma. There are many online courses to learn coding/ gaming etc if you can manage them with grade 12.
The scope in software is plenty if u r innovative and good at it.

Good Day!
There are better prospects in cracking the entrance exam and getting into the premier colleges for better tomorrow. In India you have to give the CLAT exam and for abroad you have to give the LSAT exam. there are many countries which offer law programme with different eligibility criteria, fees structure and further options. I would suggest you to first narrow down your search to the country you wish to study depending on the budget and your eligibility etc and you can start applying from now for the Fall session in foreign universities. In case you come up with that conclusion we can give you better advise.
Thank

To practice as a lawyer in India, a regular law program is required. The part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
