You have not specified about the course for which you obtained the BVP CET law rank like B.A. +LLB, B.A. +LLB or LL.B. However, BVP have the total intake of 540 seats in law programmes (BA+LLB=180, BBA+LLB=180 and LLB=180). Hence, on the basis of your rank you will definitely get admission here.

Your rank is decent. There are high probability that you will get admission. Your name should appear in the 2nd to 3rd round of counselling. If you are going for the spot round of counselling, then also you can get admission.

MNLU-Nagpur is one of the latest NLUs. It will take some time to establish like all institutes, but will definitely grow fast because of NLU tag.
Also, Nagpur has Bombay HC bench, so makes for a good choice if a person is inclined towards litigation.

You can have your luck in spot counselling. There, you can get a hood college. Also, the plus point in this university is that you can change to other colleges of the university or even the university campus itself after 2nd year, if you get a good score in your first year.

The cutoff for BA LLB (outside open/general category) for the last academic year, i.e. 2017-18 was 107.
Given this, you seem to have a chance, decent one.
Best of luck.
