As per the eligibility criteria of Bar council of India for LLB 3 years programme is given below. Educational qualification : Candidate must have passed a Bachelor degree with 45% marks for general category, 42% for OBCs and 40% of SC/ST. However this criteria is varying according to Universities, Like DU required 50% marks for general, 45% for OBCs and 40% for SC/ST. While in Punjab University 45% for general and 5% relaxation is given to reserved categories. So, you are eligible here if belongs to the OBC category.

I understand that you are asking about studying law after class 12th Science. If you have decided to do law prior graduating you should take admission in BALLB/BBALLB, it is a five year course and by doing integrated course you will save one precious year. If you want to become professional then BA LLB would be better option and if you want campus placement then choose BBA LLB. It has more scope incorporates.
