No, direct admission to A.K.K. New Law Academy and Ph.D. (Law) Research Centre is not available. Admission to the Ph.D. programme typically requires a written test and an interview. Other law institutions like National Law School of India University and Hidayatullah National Law University also follow similar procedures, involving entrance exams and a research proposal or aptitude test for the Ph.D. program.
