Though each institution may have its specific admission process, some of the most general entrance exams to Diploma in Labour Law are CLAT and LSAT, along with some university and state specific Law exams such as MHCET Law, AILET, KLEE, etc.

Normally, a bachelor's degree in any field is a qualified or major requirement for getting a Diploma in Labor Law course. However, there are schools that require students who have a background or even experience in law, human resources, or related fields.

The course curriculum structure of BA LLB at SLS Hyderabad is five-year course is divided into 10 semesters. Each semester has a specified number of subjects, and the credits for each are awarded accordingly. The course structure comprises subjects relating to various laws, sociology, economics, history, political science, etc. During the first six semesters, various laws and specific disciplines are combined, along with the English language, forming part of the syllabus. The last four semesters have various laws, clinics and seminars where the students receive hands-on training for their profession.

There are a total of 120 seats in SLS Hyderbad for its BBA LLB course. The seats are offered based on the availability of seats and marks obtained in the SLAT 2025 exam. Therefore, candidates must participate in the SLAT 2025 exam for the BBALLB seats. The application process of SLAT 2025 was started on August 15, 2024 on the official SLAT portal, slat-test.org. The last date to fill out the SLAT 2025 registration / application form is November 22, 2024.
