The three-year LLB programme is divided into six semesters. Each of the academic year is divided into two semesters. Topics covered in the course are related to legislative law. Some of the subjects covered in the UPES School of Law LLB course curriculum are:Globalisation and Labour RegulationCompetition LawCorporate Tax and PlanningData Protection LawCyber Crimes, etc.

UPES School of Law 2025 registrations are ongoing. However, the course selection list does not show LLB as an option. Aspirants seeking admission should check the course-specific eligibility requirements before the form filling. Moreover, the application must also be submitted on or before the prescribed deadline.

NLU Delhi released the AILET 2025 question paper as a separate document from the AILET 2025 answer key. However, both documents was released on the same date and at the same time. The university published the AILET question paper and answer key within 24 hours of the exam's completion. The AILET 2025 exam date was December 8, 2024. Therefore, the AILET 2025 answer keys and question papers for BA LLB (Hons.), BCom LLB (Hons.), and LLM was released on December 8, 2024, at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.Using the question paper and answer key, candidates could check the correct answers for each question and predict their exam scores.

Yes, the UPES School of Law offers three-year LLB programme. Candidates can get a seat in the course based on performance in the CUET exam or the last qualifying exam. Additionally, the aspirant must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements as well. Eligible candidates can visit the university official website to apply.

AILET 2025 second merit list for BA LLB (Hons.), BCom LLB (Hons.) and LLM  was released on January 10, 2025 at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Now that the round 2 merit list is out, candidates will have to pay the balance admission fee and secure their seats. There is a fixed deadline to submit the admission fee for the AILET 2025 counselling round 2. If a candidate does not get selected in the second round of the AILET 2025 counselling, he or she needs to wait for the release of the round 3 merit list. The list will be released at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

The total course fee is inclusive of multiple components, such as hostel fee, caution deposit, tuition fee, etc. Some of these components are one-time payabale, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. UPES School of Law LLB tuition fee is INR 12.73 lakh and the hostel fee is INR 5.32 lakh. This fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

AILET used to be a very tough entrance exam before 2023 due to its short duration of 90 minutes. However, NLU Delhi increased the duration of the exam from 90 minutes to 120 minutes for the AILET 2024 exam. The extended duration made it slightly easier for candidates to solve 150 questions in 120 minutes for the AILET UG exam. As a result, the AILET difficulty level has decreased over time with the increase in exam duration.NLU Delhi also removed the descriptive section from the AILET LLM exam in 2023. In the last year's AILET question paper for UG course, GK questions were prominently related to static GK. The number of current affairs-related questions was lower. Questions were mainly related to law field and Economics.
