Yes, some candidates do fail the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). Although the AIBE is an open-book exam and is designed to test the basic legal knowledge required for practicing law in India, not all candidates pass. Yes, the Certificate of Practice (COP) for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) can be obtained in offline mode. Once candidates pass the AIBE, the Bar Council of India (BCI) issues the COP. Typically, candidates can collect their COP from their respective State Bar Council office. Some State Bar Councils may also offer the COP collection online or via post, but it's important to verify the process directly with your State Bar Council for specific instructions.

There is no limit on the number of attempts for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination). Candidates can take the exam as many times as necessary to pass. Once a candidate clears the AIBE, they are awarded a Certificate of Practice, allowing them to practice law in India. Candidates must note that there is also no age limit to appear in AIBE Exam.
