The LLM at the SLCU is a one-year programme covering two semesters and consists of compulsory and elective courses depending on the specialisation chosen, such as Corporate & Commercial Law, Intellectual Property & Trade Law, or Constitutional & Administrative Law. The approach to law teaching will include the theoretical as well as the practical side.

Yes, the School of Law, Christ University (SLCU) LLM course is semester-based. The programme extends over one academic year, semester-wise. A curriculum applied during both of the semesters has exposures to the law principles on a substantial scale, based on the specialisation chosen. Therefore, the whole curriculum would be divided into both theoretical and practical, which would guarantee all-round legal education to the LLM students of SLCU. This format allows the students to focus more intensively on their chosen areas of law.
