To be eligible for ICFAI Law School BA LLB (Hons) admission, applicants must have passed Class 12 in a single attempt. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in Class 12 (English medium) in any discipline. Candidates who appeared for their final examinations before July 01, 2024, and are waiting for their Class 12 results are also eligible to apply for provisional admission. Their admission will be confirmed only if submit the documents establishing their eligibility as per the above-mentioned criteria. The last date to submit these documents is Sep 18, 2025. Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age on the day of programme commencement i.e., July 28, 2025.

The total ICFAI Law School BA LLB (Hons) fee is INR 14.3 lakh. This includes the tuition fee payable across the entire course duration, a refundable security deposit and the admission fee payable at the time of admission. The total tuition fee for the five-year programme is INR 14 lakh. The admission fee is INR 20,000. Candidates must also submit a refundable security deposit of INR 10,000. Additionally, candidates must submit an application fee of INR 1,000 while applying for the programme. To get an admission at ICFAI Law School for BA LLB (Hons),  aspirants must clear a two-step selection process. This includes an entrance test and a personal interview. To be considered for the selection process, they must submit an application online/offline. Online application can be submitted by visiting the university's official website. For offline application, aspirants can download the application form from the official website and send it the institute's admission office. After applying for admission, candidates are required to appear for the ILSAT, the entrance test accepted by ICFAI Law School for admission to its BA LLB (Hons) programme. Candidates who qualify in ILSAT scores will be called for a personal interview, which is the second step in the selection process. The institute will make the final selection after the personal interview.
