Hey, The eligibility for various courses are: UG law course in Security and Investment Law - Candidates should have completed class 10+2 with commerce subjects. PG law course in Security and Investment Law - Candidates should have obtained a degree in law stream either a five-year integrated LLB degree or the three-year LLB degree. Certificate or Diploma course in Security and Investment Law - If the Diploma is of undergraduate level then candidates with class 12 qualification are eligible for the course. Hey, In the undergraduate level, it is offered as an elective and at the postgraduate or certificate level it is offered as a specialization. UG courses take 5 years and PG/Diploma courses take 1 year to complete.Hope it clears your doubt !

Hey, Security and Investment Law comprises legislations of Securities Contract Act, 1956,  Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and Companies Act, 2013. The financial transactions involving stocks, assets, shares, liquidity, mutual fund investments, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Bonds, ESOPS, PF, Bank Products, Annuities, etc. are secured under Security and Investment Laws. Hope it clears your doubt !

The total intake at ICFAI Law School Hyderabad for BBA LLB (Hons) is 180. These seats are filled based on the applicants' performance in the ILSAT and the personal inteview conducted by the institute. Yes, ICFAI Law School Hyderabad BBA LLB (Hons) admissions are open for the academic session of 2025-26. Interested candidates can visit the institute's official website to register for admission. The entrance exam (ILSAT) for the admission will be conducted on Dec 15, 2024, and April 06, 2025. The last dates to apply for the first and the second phases of ILSAT are Dec 14, 2024, and April 05, 2025, respectively.  The classes will commence from July 28, 2025.

ICFAI Law School will conduct the personal interviews for BBA LLB (Hons) admission for 2025 once the ILSAT 2025 results have been released. Only the candidates who have qualified the ILSAT 2025 exam will be called for personal interviews. As per the dates mentioned on the institute's official website, the personal interviews for Phase 1 of ILSAT 2025 will be conducted from Jan 9, 2025 onwards. The personal interviews for Phase 2 of ILSAT 2025 will be conducted from April 25, 2025 onwards.

ILSAT is conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad. Candidates willing to pursue undegraduate law courses (BBA LLB/BA LLB) at ICFAI Law School must have a valid ILSAT score. For admission to the academic year of 2025, ILSAT 2025 will be conducted in two phases. The Phase 1 of the exam will be conducted on Dec 15, 2024. The Phase 2 of the exam will be conducted on April 06, 2025.
