Hey, Employment law is a general term for legal regulation of the employment relationship all stages, including recruitment and dismissal, wages and remuneration. It also encompasses anti discrimination, anti-harassment along with anti-retaliation laws.On the other hand, Labor Law is a relatively narrower area of law which regulates the relations between employers and unions. It comprises provisions on collective agreement, industrial action and lockouts.Hope this helps !

The eligibility criteria for a Labour & Employment Law course may vary from one college to the other. However, candidates are eligible to apply for an integrated course with Labour & Employment Law as a specialisation if they have completed their Higher Secondary School/ Intermediate  (10+2) or equivalent education from a recognised board.
