Indeed, you may well above 35 years can still apply for the LAW CET. For MHT CET LAW and other entrance tests there is no upper limit but a candidate must not below the age of 20 or 22 years to respectively meet one or the other eligible condition. So, providing your age is above all, if you qualify to fit in the educational requirement as mentioned above, there shall be no bar with the age.

Even if you failed to pass Physics you can still do BA LLB. The Bar Council of India (BCI) demands 45% or more comprising marks in 10+2 or an equivalent examination for admission from any recognised board. School leavers are eligible if they passed 5 subjects with 60 percent and above as per the above table. As we saw from the previous BCI, there isn't a provision stating that a student has to pass all the subjects offered, which translates to there being six of them, here. There are numerous factors that determine if you get an admission in Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune for the 3 year LL.B programme and the waitlist number is 76. SLS Pune offers roughly 300 intake for the 3-years LL.B programme. With reference to the movement on the waitlist in preceding years, 20 to 30 students from this list are normally invited to join the university. According to this trend it can be calculated that the possibility of admissions is comparatively low and closes to 10-20% as the waitlist number is 76. As far I know, The Bar Council of India never validates the distance education providing colleges for LLB and also not give the license to the students who opted for distance education. Hence, it is necessary for you to do the course in a regular way. Although Out of 1400 law colleges in India, there are 1000 law colleges which will let you have a regular llb degree without attending the class. No, distance or private education is NOT valid.
