As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there is no fixed cut-off mark for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination). The Bar Council of India, which conducts the exam, does not release any official cut-off marks. However, candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks to pass the exam. The AIBE is an open book exam, and candidates are allowed to carry their study materials and notes to the exam center. However, candidates must ensure that they have a thorough understanding of the concepts and topics as they will be required to apply their knowledge to solve the questions. If you have been disqualified from the AIBE (All India Bar Examination), you will not be eligible to practice law in India until you clear the exam. However, you can appear for the exam again in the next session by paying the requisite fees. It is important to analyze the reason for your disqualification and take steps to rectify the issue. To become a member of bar council of India, you need to clear National Bar exam or the bar exam for respective state you want to become member of. However, only LLB degree holders are eligible for sitting in bar exams. Unfortunately you cannot do LLB from open university as there is no provision for it. LLB is a full time course and can be done only from an accredited university recognised by University Grants Commission. You can do Diploma courses in law but you would still not be eligible for the bar exam.

You need to apply for CLAT exam or entrance exam for other universities having their own entrance exam and interview for the admission process.
You can check this link for top law colleges and their admission process:

And, for LLM programme when you are in the final year of LLB degree, you can apply and again you have to apply for CLAT or entrance exam for different universities.
