Advocate Balasaheb Apte College of Law, People's Education Society's has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityLL.B.Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks in aggregate from any recognised Board/Council.
Candidate who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible.
Candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible.

Students can go for Law field without any second thoughts because there is always room for growth in the legal field, both in India and abroad. There are a ton of opportunities in Tamil Nadu for lawyers, including corporate and industry legal advisers and consultants. Criminal and civil sectors always have high scope.

No, you cannot become an advocate after completing a law degree from an open degree program. The Bar Council of India (BCI) does not recognize LLB degrees obtained through distance or online learning.  To practice law in India, you must have a law degree from a regular course. You can enroll in a regular course for either 5 years or 3 years if you already have a graduation degree. After completing the course, you can enroll with the BCI for your license.  Law courses pursued through distance learning are only for knowledge. The BCI does not recognize any distance or part-time LLB degrees. &n
