Practice talking slowly. Speaking slowly and deliberately can lessen stress and the signs and symptoms of a stutter. Keep away from trigger words. Folks who stutter need to not experience as though they need to prevent the use of precise phrases if this is not their desire. Attempt mindfulness. Have an open posture. Be at ease, but don't slouch. Use a company handshake. However do not get over excited. Preserve precise eye contact. Attempt to maintain the other man or woman's gaze for a few seconds at a time. Keep away from touching your face. Smile!
