Yes, you can gain admission to the B.E./B.Tech programme at B.M. Institute of Engineering and Technology (BMIET) without appearing for the Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET). For the B.Tech program, admissions are primarily based on your performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and your 12th-grade Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) percentage. The B.Tech Lateral Entry program, however, requires a valid score in the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET).

For admissions to B.E. / B.Tech programs in Haryana Engineering Colleges, the LEET or Lateral Entry Entrance Test, registration starts in April and goes on till June. The examination tends to be conducted mid June with the release of the results soon after the examination. Applicants should also know that counseling probe also takes place but takes place after the release of the results, usually held in July or August. These may defer by year and hence the candidates are advised to check the official Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) or from official notification for the actual dates of registration or examination.

The LEET cutoff for the International Institute of Technology and Management (IITM) varies each year based on several factors, including the number of applicants, seat availability, and the overall performance of candidates.
