No, applying for Catholic University of Leuven admissions is not free for international students. All overseas applicants are required to pay a sum of EUR 90 = INR 8,062* as the KU Leuven application fee. Additionally, applicants must also submit the proof of payment of application fee (bank transfer or credit card) while submitting their application.  Apart from the application fee, candidates are also required to upload all their academic qualifications as well as the supporting documents.*1 EUR = INR 89.58
