Hello
MILE is definitely not the best choice for pursuing PGDM since neither it offers great placements nor is it an established brand. SIBM, SCMHRD, and Pumba are the top three MBA colleges in Pune.

Dear,
It is a chance to get admission there, but don't wait. Just apply for it. And, you can also wait for some time to check the cutoff list. You can make a contact with admission officials. All the best.

Frankly speaking, both are more or less same in terms of being good and reputed colleges of Pune in terms of education, placements and ROI. But personally, I'll suggest to go with Balaji as the corporate culture is better and lots of learning opportunities are there. But since you've asked about lexicon - yes, it's a good option because the focus will be on overall development of students and decent placements.
If possible, you should personally visit the campus to know better.

Taxila offers a minimum placement of 12 LPA that too 6 months before the course completion. It offers industry inclined course in form of PGDM dual specialisation along with SAP global certification. Digital marketing google certifications are also provided. The students are trained in the block chain technology.
3 paid internships of 2 months each. Classes at Taxila start at 9 AM and end at midnight. Thus, Taxila is the best choice for students who are looking forward to a never-ending learning process with a high return on investment and corporate exposure.

Candidates taking MAT 2019 can begin applying to MBA colleges once the result is out. This years cut-off is expected to remain on similar lines as that of the previous year. For the top colleges, MAT cut-off 2019 will touch 95+ percentile (600-700 composite scores). https://www.shiksha.com/college/lexicon-mile-management-institute-of-leadership-and-excellence-wagholi-pune-32468
