a) Programme require completion of Bachelor's Degree of minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent ( under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognised university, in any discipline. The minimum eligibility criterion required for the course is graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to B. Lib course in some of the top B. Lib colleges is based on the merit of past academic performance.

Yes, you indeed can. Any student can do any course via distance education mode. The restriction is to the heavily practical oriented courses, since there is no scope for practicals in distance mode. That's all.
