Yes, you can. If you meet the eligibility for both the courses. For BLIS (any graduate with 55%, for M.Com (B.Com or allied subject). But one should be in regular mode, and the other in correspondence/distance mode.

Yes, (but there are university that keeps the criteria only to BLIS). As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed graduation in any stream with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Often, candidates are required to qualify an institute-level entrance test for admission to the course. Thank you.
