To secure admission to UG programs, the candidate should have cleared 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised Board. Yes, you can. If you meet the eligibility for both the courses. For BLIS (any graduate with 55%, for M.Com (B.Com or allied subject). But one should be in regular mode, and the other in correspondence/distance mode.
