LIC AAO Recruitment

The recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) in the LIC is done through three stages followed by the subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination. The three LIC AAO recruitment stages are:Phase-I: Preliminary ExaminationPhase-II: Main ExaminationPhase-III: InterviewCandidates need to clear the LIC AAO prelims exam to get shortlisted to appear for the Mains exam. The selection of candidates in the LIC AAO Interview round is done based on the marks obtained in the LIC AAO Mains exam only. Candidates who clear the interview round and make it to the final merit list will have to undergo the Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination. If candidates are found to be medically fit will be offered the appointment.
