Hi Nikita,
No, there is no payment or management quota seat in Andhra university. As your rank is low, so it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college. Although, you must give a try and participate in counselling. If seats are available in last rounds, you may get admission otherwise difficult. Best of luck.

As you have already completed your graduation in life sciences, so I will suggest you to prepare for any non-technical government jobs. There are many vacancies coming in railways, banking, SSC CGL and many others. So start your preparation for competitive examination. But, if you have interest in higher studies, then you can go for Masters Course in life sciences. Best of luck.
