Seats are available but your percentage does not meet the desired cut-off (sixth list) which is 82% for OBC. Try in other colleges. If vacant seats are available and the cut-off goes down then you may check again.

I shall suggest you to appear for entrance exams of reputed institutes like IISER and NISER, do score well in JEE as IITs too offers courses in life sciences if you wish to. Lastly, don't stop after graduation, march ahead for Master's degree. Later, you can enter the pharma sector, research or scientific writing field, etc. Choose a course for which you are ready by heart and not because of others. Each curriculum holds its own benefits and flaws. But it's up to us how to pave our path to have the unstoppable career.
