B.Sc. Biomedical Sciences in not such an emerged field from the career point of view. More of its importance goes to Biomedical Engineering. Other options for B.Sc. you can go for are Nursing, Biotechnology, Home Science (dietician, CRM, textile industry, etc), Forensic Science, and traditional subjects (physics, chem, botany, zoology, etc).

Candidates must have passed Graduation with 45% of marks. Candidate must have completed Major/ Honors in Zoology/ Botany/ Biotechnology/ Life Science.
Eligible candidates need to appear for the written test conducted by Department of Life Science and Bioinformatics, Assam University.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on score obtained in written test.
Candidates are selected based on written test score, graduation score and performance in personal interview.
