Yes, a candidate who has completed Class 12 from Science stream (or any other stream) from a recognised board is eligible to apply for BA English Literature.The candidates who have completed Class 12 from Science and Commerce stream must know that the study of English Literature is different from the study of technical or numerical subjects. Therefore, you may have to develop your literary and analytical skills. Some colleges may allow only those candidates who have studied English as a main subject in Class 12.
