Undergraduate international applicants at Liverpool Hope University must apply by January 30th, but applications after this date may be considered. The deadline for postgraduate research degrees is May 1st each year, with interviews taking place in June and the course beginning in October. For January courses, the deadline is December 15th, 2023, with a deposit deadline of December 22nd, 2023, and a CAS deadline of January 15th, 2024.

The TOEFL score requirement for Liverpool Hope University is a minimum of 80 for undergraduate courses and 88 for postgraduate courses. The minimum scores for the individual sections of the TOEFL iBT are: Listening 17, Reading 18, Speaking 20, and Writing 17. The university also accepts IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.0 for undergraduate courses and 6.5 for postgraduate courses.
