No, you cant directly pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course after 12th arts. In India, you can pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course only after completing a Bachelors degree in any discipline. However, there are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated LL.B. Course after 12th arts.
