LLB Eligibility

Delhi University offers LL.B. And LL. M. courses through its Faculty of Law. The eligibility criteria for both courses are as follows:
For LLB:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST candidates). - Candidates who are in their final year of graduation can also apply. For LLM:
- Candidates must have an LL.B. Degree from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST candidates). - Candidates who are in their final year of LL.B. Can also apply. Some of the top law colleges under Delhi University are:

The eligibility criteria for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons. ). Programme at Rajasthan University are as follows:
Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS candidates). Age limit: There is no upper age limit for the B.A. LL.B. Programme. Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. Admission Test: Candidates need to qualify in the Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test RULET or CLAT UG entrance exam. The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of the qualifying examination. So, if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria and qualify the entrance test, you will be eligible for admission to the B.A. LL.B. Course offered by North Bengal University, Siliguri. The university does not have a fixed minimum percentage requirement for admission to this course.

The eligibility criteria for the B.A. LL.B. Programme at Amity University Manesar are as follows:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for admission to the B.A. LL.B. Programme. English . Proficiency: Candidates must have a good command of the English . Language, as the medium of instruction is English . Entrance Exam: Candidates need to appear for the Amity Law Entrance Exam (ALET) or any other national level law entrance exam such as CLAT ISAT, or AILET. Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the DU LL.B. Entrance Exam. Nationality: Indian citizens as well as foreign nationals are eligible to apply for the DU LL.B. Entrance Exam. Reservation: As per the rules of the Government of India, the University provides reservation of seats to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD/Kashmir Migrants candidates. Note: Candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor's degree can also apply for the DU LL.B. Entrance Exam, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria by the time of admission.
