The fee structure is cumulative of multiple components, such as tuition fee, hostel fee, medical insurance, mess and other security deposits, etc. Out of all these fee components, there are a few components that are charged one-time by NLU Assam, while some have to be paid semester-wise, such as tuition fees.

However, the institute has released the NIRF report 2023 on its official website. According to the NIRF report 2023, 1 BA LLB student was placed during NLU Assam placements 2021.
