Distance learning for LLB at Sarsuna Law College can be valid if it's approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and affiliated with a recognized university. However, it may lack practical exposure and networking opportunities, so confirm its recognition with the BCI before enrolling.

The selection criteria for the LLB programme offered at Ajeenkya DY Patil University involves several steps. To be eligible for admission students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board. As admission to the course is entrance-based, students need to appear for the ACET for Law conducted by the university. Additionally, the university conducts a round of Personal Interview for final selection. Interested students can visit the official website of the university to apply for the course.
