Candidates must adhere to a certain procedure in order to be admitted to the LL.B. programme at the A.K.K New Law Academy and Ph.D. (Law) Research Centre. In order to be admitted they must first be eligible to take the MH CET Law exam. Exam dates for the three-year LL.B programme are set for March 20–21 2025. To be eligible, candidates must have earned a minimum of 45% in their undergraduate degree from an accredited university. The minimum requirement is 40% for SC/ST candidates and 42% for students in Maharashtras OBC category.

Candidates must pass the MH CET Law exam in order to be admitted to the LL.B. programme at A.K.K. New Law Academy and Ph.D (Law) Research Centre. Therefore passing this entrance exam is a requirement for admission. Candidates must achieve the minimum cutoff scores set by the academy for their respective categories and the MH CET Law score is a critical part of the selection process.
