Yes, you can pursue an LLB after completing your B.Com without writing a regional language paper like Kannada. Most LLB programs focus on subjects related to law, and regional language requirements are not usually mandatory. However, if you choose to study in a college where Kannada is required, you may need to study it as part of the course. Check the specific requirements of the college or university where you want to apply.

AIBE or the All India Bar Examination is conducted by the BCI. It's a national-level exam that certifies law graduates who want to become a lawyer and permits them to practice law in Indian Courts. It is a two-hour pen-paper exam and is conducted once a year. Students who want to appear for AIBE 2024 must have obtained a Bachelor's degree in law from a recognised law school or university in India. There is no minimum marks requirement for the Bachelor's degree. The candidates should also have registered as an advocate with a state bar council of India.

The cutoff date for an LL.B. from Government Law College, Sikar, varies every year with respect to performance, the number of students, and other such factors. For genuine information regarding cutoffs, one can refer to the authentic college website or contact the admission section directly. The cutoff usually depends on entrance examination scores, either CLAT or other state-level law entrance exams.
